Pen walked offstage after announcing a slight delay, pausing just past the curtain. She closed her eyes for a moment, then nodded. "What patrons of the arts our kind are," she murmured, before going to see if the set was fixed yet. it was, so she went to find the director. She found him and nodded, and he called "places everyone!"
Everyone fell in, then Pen walked back onstage. "We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. The show will be starting momentarily..." She ran through the usual opening, then smiled, flashing her fangs for a split second. She bowed slightly when she was done, walked offstagedodged Eleanor as she freaked out, and then entered the house. She walked to her seat and sat back to watch the show.

Sera sat back against her chair. The delay of the show was delaying her meal. She looked up at the boxes one night she would like to sit up there. She looked at one box and it looked like another vampire was there. *no it cant be* she though. "ready for an amazing show" John asked excitedly. Sera turned to him "sure am" She said looking so excited about it John probably thought she meant it.

Eleanor watched the guys open the show and fidgeted, waiting for her cue. As soon as it came, she walked out on stage and began to sing, her voice filling the theatre. she stared out at the udience, spotting her sister easily, as well as another vampire. she grinned in spite of herself and kept the show going. She was hungry tonight.

Laila had returned to her box, but this time with her meal. He was young and handsome, though not her type. Her attention went to the stage where another vampire like herself had just call the production to start. She looked to the audience as the lights dimmed and easily spotted another one. Laila already knew about the star of the show and the producer were vampires, she had sensed them when she had first arrived. But this new one interested her. She was young and apparently very interested in feeding on the young man next to her. She could see the glint of her fangs in the dark. Luckily, Laila's meal was very interested in the vampire on stage. Not that he knew that she was one. Soon, very soon though he would know all about the world that was hidden in shadows. Too bad he is not my type Laila thought to herself. She was getting lonely.

Laila watched the show, very relaxed went she noticed something. A spark from the back lights flew too close to the curtains. Her keen eyes noticed the slit smoldering patch of cloth. She waited and in seconds, the light sparked again and the curtain erupted into flames, far enough away from the performers not to cause any damage to them. She watched as the set quickly caught on fire also as the fore alarms went off. Everyone rushed to the exits including her date. Laila paused, looking for the other vampires she notice but could not see them threw the masses of mortals. She slipped out the back door to an ally way and waited, upset that she had lost her meal.

//OOC: if this sucks, sorry, it's almost 1 am.//
Eleanor saw the stage catch fire and booked it to the door, grabbing a backpack she kept there on her way out. Pen got to her feet and walked calmly out of her box after pausing to observe the flames. SHe shook her head and waited until the theatre emptied, then followed the other vampire out.
She walked up behind the woman and breathed "you better not be poaching" before melting into the crowd to find Eleanor.

It was still early on in the night in late spring, but Alessamdra found herself wondering around already bored with nothing to do. The night had been better than the other ones before it, for the past week all it had been doing was rain.
The night was quiet, as normal. Because she was more towards the middle of the park, the lights and noises from the city were not penetrated through the trees. In fact, the sounds she heard were the 'clicks' of her high heeled boots, the homeless scurrying around looking for a place to sleep or the obvious bird or other animal.
It wasn't until she got closer to The Strawberry Feilds which paid homage to the great John Lennon, did she sence and hear a group of people...no...not people, around her. Vampires.
"I feel stupid for asking this but..." One of the females started nervously, "Could you tell me where I am?"
Seeing this as good as an opportunity as any to introduce herself, she stepped forward and spoke "Why, you're in the middle of Cebtral Park." Two of the vampires jumped slightly, startled that they hadnt heard her come up begind them. The third just turned towards her gracefully with a calm, almost flat expression on her face.
"And you are...?" The male asked still surprised, but the ghost of a smirk played on his lips.
"Alessadandra. At you're service" Her name and accent said it all...Italian. And she looked it too, with her long dark chocolate hair in a singular braid which was hanging off of her left shoulder. She had peircing light blue eyes and the usual vampire pale skin. She wore dark jeans which dissapeared into her knee high boots. The black tank she wore did little to cover her illuminating skin, so over the top she adorned a long black suede jacket, un buttoned.

Laila watched the other vampire blend into the masses of mortals. Laila could still feel the vampires presence, picking out that there were three others not including herself. There might have been a fourth, half vamp. A human that had been bitten, but not killed yet or changed. She turned to leave in the opposite direction of the other people when she felt a vampire close by. She paused, wondering if she should just disappear or find out what this one wanted. The other vampire had been following her, and she knew it. She waited, instead of jumping over the fence she had come too and disappearing into the night.
